I received my original order pretty fast, but a month later my male figure broke. I actually enjoyed the figure and was upset that it was defective. Luckily Holly at customer service was very professional and polite and sent me a new male figure even though it was past the "refund" period. I appreciated this level of service and I am very happy with the figures. All of the additional hands and accessories are my favorite part!

I love these figures! They're very expressive and I love the hand options. The girl is slightly less posable than the man however, and I've been having a very hard time switching out the hands on the girl. Overall a very good purchase though!

I've just received my figurines in the mail today! And all I can say is that this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. It took awhile to get here but I expected it to since it said it would be a few weeks.. I couldn't wait to open it soon as it hit the mailbox lol. Time to start my projects!

I had ordered the male and female figures for my niece as a present. Unfortunately she had received 2 females....however I had filed a complaint with the club and the ease with correcting the issue was amazing. I highly recommend Club Laurentian to anyone!

Excellent quality figurines with more mobility than I expected! The hands are a little difficult to change out, and the poses occasionally have difficulty staying depending on whether they're standing or sitting, but I am extremely happy with the quality and price of these figurines. I absolutely recommend this product.

These are super cute and very versatile. As someone who is studying figure drawing and gesture poses, these models are super convenient to reference off of (especially with all of the accessories and hand poses). I also like how everything is kept together, which makes it easy to change out and test different poses. Also, I liked the little pamphlet that came with the figures that showed how to put the model together and how to use the models to complete an illustration (even though everything is written in Japanese). The shipping was decent but the box was pretty beat up, luckily nothing was damaged. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase!

The kun was super cool, everything alright. it just needed to bestir the joints a bit first as they were kinda stiff. Also the hands were a bit uneasy to attach at first but after couple changes and moves, everything got ok. :) I'm very happy with it.
